Mandy asks…Why are real estate listings not kept up to date.?Been looking at residential adds in the various real estate agency (web page) listings and find all (about 98%) of the "adds and pics" out dated. I contact the respective agent (and if they reply) I am told that "property" has been sold but, "we have others...what are you looking for and what are your price guidlines, etc". This feels like a "hook" to get me there and sell "whatever" that agent is familiar with as the MLS
