David asks…What does 'off plantation/on plantation' refer to when talking real estate in S.Carolina? Thanks?I'm considering moving to Hilton Head, South Carolina. I see reference to 'on plantation and off plantation' when looking at listings of properties. I also see terms such as 'regime fee' when looking on Hilton Head Island.
