Your Questions About Real Estate, Buying, Selling, Renting, Leasing And Market.
Thomas asks…Why do the ads for foreclosed houses in the real estate market look so much worse than for the other houses?I have been looking for a house for abut six months. I have noticed whenever a foreclosed house hits the market the ad suddenly becomes awful. Pictures get out of focus and warped, information gets changed to reflect things that are not true. The location of the house is often wrong in the new ad including the map spot, zip code, even spelling of the town and street! This is

Betty asks…Can I get out of a real estate agent contract? We found a house we liked and contacted the listing adgent. We looked at the house and decidied to make an offer. Back and forth with counters until we felt like the adgent was ultimitly representing the seller. So we backed out. Now we found that the adgent had us sign a 6 month right to represent us. There are other listings by the same firm we would like to look at. Would she still be in the dual adgent mode? We just want someone who

I've been looking at apartment ads, but most of the listings are from Agents, and a few have asked if I'm seeing other agents as well. When I ask an Agent for listings, is it implied that I am only asking that person for help and not other Agents? I was hoping to get

William asks…Real Estate: probably a stupid question...but I need an answer...?Concerning home buying - I'm a first time buyer and not sure about some of the process...Can a realtor sell "any home" on the market, or will they only have access to homes listed through their agency ? Would they be open to arranging sales through other agencies ? The reason I ask, I have a great realtor in mind that I feel like will work hard for me, but the agency he is with seems to have minimal listings. Also
