Sharon asks…Help in real estate auction, helpful tips for a newbie?I've been looking into buying a house in the near future and consider going to an auction. So anyone can give me some tips that would be great.

Most places (such as a court auctions) you need cash although some other hosted auctions do have financing available. If it's a cash sale, is there some way can I get pre-approved from the bank and use that or it must be cash in full?
