William asks…Real Estate: probably a stupid question...but I need an answer...?Concerning home buying - I'm a first time buyer and not sure about some of the process...Can a realtor sell "any home" on the market, or will they only have access to homes listed through their agency ? Would they be open to arranging sales through other agencies ? The reason I ask, I have a great realtor in mind that I feel like will work hard for me, but the agency he is with seems to have minimal listings. Also
