Mary asks…Real estate licensed, sell my own house, but selling as owner. Not using brokers name in advertising.?I want to sell my own home. I have a california real estate salesperson license. I will not sell the home using any assistance from my broker. I will not put up any advertising with the broker's name on it. I will simply wear a different hat , which is that of an owner selling my own home. I don't see that the broker will be entitled to a transaction fee / cut. My broker
