Susan asks…real estate sites, foreclosures... is it really a good deal?My husband and I are in the process of buying a house for the last 4 months. For different reasons that are beyond our control the closing date is posponed everytime. We are tired. I quit my job because we were supposed to move. So if we apply for a loan for another house we won't get it, so we thought to go back renting for a year or two. But then I found an ad about people looking for tenants to take over their morgages.
